Steven Rubin is the CEO of Collared Martin Hospitality, a lifestyle management company focused on building and operating boutique hotels, restaurants, and bars in premier leisure destinations. Under his leadership, the company partners with institutional ownership groups to develop and manage a curated portfolio of experience-driven properties.
With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Steven is known for bridging operations, revenue strategy, and technology to drive performance and elevate the guest experience. His career includes leadership roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Denihan Hospitality, Highgate, Schulte Hospitality, and Swissôtel, along with executive positions at MetLife Hotel Investment Management, LodgIQ, and Travelzoo.
Steven spent eight years as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, where he taught hospitality technology, revenue strategy, and distribution. He is actively engaged with HSMAI, most recently serving on the Revenue Optimization Advisory Board, and has received industry recognition from HSMAI, HEDNA, and Washington State University.
